The company Incos LLC is present on the market since 1992. As a legal entity was registered in Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert the 8846. Authorization as atrading company has been granted with effect from 15-th of April the 1992. The founders were Ing. Jaroslav Hajek and Milan Krampla with the same share capital. The partners strengthen their own financial sources by increasing of the capital in 1998, while the company has expanded a third companion Jan Doubek. In 1999, in order to improve services company opened a branch in Perugia, Italy. In 2003, the partners increased the capital again. The company is seated in the city center, on the Karlovo namesti 17, Prague 2 from the date of foundation.

Short development activities Incos, from the beginning is focused on metallurgical trade with EC countries, particularly Italy. The key products are steel pipes. The company uses in its traditional business activities related to producers of steel products, especially in the Czech Republic and Poland and positions built mainly on the Italian market, a target of 90% of export activity.

In the business program, which remains throughout the existence of unchanged offers comprehensivecustomer service on the supply of goods. The quality and comprehensiveness of services offered tocustomers through a professional team of traders, technical, logistical and administrative staff. Basedon long-term effort by flexibly adapt to the needs of existing and potential customers. During itsexistence it has built up a sales network comprising dozens of customers from end processors over the medium-sized business to large multinational companies and distributors. Incos is also involved through the design and investment companies in the pilot projects and investment projects of international scope.
